Bereavement Support
Bereavement support is a component of Goulburn Valley Hospice Care Service and is available to all relevant family members to support them through the acute phase of grief, both before and after the patient’s death.
The Service conducts a twelve month bereavement follow-up service for their families where it is of comfort and assistance.
